Snakes in Germany
Germany has just two venomous species, namely the common European adder, and the asp viper. Overall, to sum it up the country doesn’t have too many snakes, just six species on the whole. However, in a recent incident, the police had sighted over 110 dangerous snakes in a central Germany farm, after its owner claimed of a rattle snake bite, seeking immediate treatment. The collection, confiscated and impounded by the police included constrictors alongside other poisonous species.
